About Cory Rubin

Cory joined Diamond and Diamond as a lawyer in 2016. Prior to joining Diamond and Diamond, Cory worked as an associate at a personal injury law firm after articling for an insurance defence firm.

Cory earned his B.A. in Political Science with Honors from the University of Western Ontario in 2009, and received his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2013 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2014.

Cory’s practice is devoted to all areas of Plaintiff personal injury litigation, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, accident benefits claims and other disability-related matters. He has successfully argued before both judges and masters at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and at Small Claims Court, and he also has experience as a trial lawyer.

Cory is currently a member in good standing with the Law Society of Upper Canada.
