About John Sime

After graduating from Carleton University in 2016, John attended law school at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. He articled at a full service law firm in Northern Ontario and was called to the Ontario bar in 2020. Since this time, John has devoted himself to Plaintiff side personal injury law, and joined Diamond and Diamond in 2022.

Since 2020, John’s practice has been entirely devoted to helping accident victims receive the compensation that they are entitled to under law. He has successfully argued in front of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the License Appeal Tribunal, and the Ontario Social Benefits Tribunal.
