About Joshua Himel

Joshua joined Diamond and Diamond as a lawyer in 2014 after articling at a prominent personal injury firm in Toronto. Joshua graduated from the dual JD program at the University of Windsor and University of Detroit and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2014.

During law school, Joshua volunteered for Pro Bono Students of Canada and participated in a number of moot competitions. Joshua is currently a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Ontario Bar Association.

Joshua’s practice is devoted to all areas of plaintiff personal injury litigation, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall , accident benefits claims and other disability-related matters.In his spare time, Joshua enjoys playing golf, softball and spending time with his family and friends.
