About Nikolai Singh
Nikolai joined Diamond and Diamond Lawyers in March 2018, bringing with him a wealth of experience in personal injury law. Born and raised in Toronto with Caribbean roots, he earned his Paralegal Certificate from Seneca College and became licensed by the Law Society of Ontario in August 2019.
Since 2013, Nikolai has worked exclusively within personal injury law, passionately advocating for accident victims and providing legal services under the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule. His practice also extends to small claims matters, where he assists clients with contract disputes and dog bite claims.
Nikolai has appeared before the Licence Appeal Tribunal and the Ontario Small Claims Court, demonstrating his commitment to delivering results through skilled representation. Outside the courtroom, he actively contributes to the legal community by volunteering as a judge for moot and mock trials, including events at York University and the Lions Cup Moot. He is also a proud member of the Ontario Paralegal Association.
When he’s not working, Nikolai enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, playing weekly scrimmage hockey, exploring Toronto’s vibrant events scene, and travelling.
