About Osama Hashmi

Osama Hashmi earned his J.D. from the University of Windsor, where he received an award for the highest grade in Automobile Insurance Law and competed in the Harold G. Fox Intellectual Property Moot. He completed his articles at a personal injury law firm in Mississauga.

During law school, Osama volunteered with Community Legal Aid, assisting tenants with applications to the Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB). He also holds an Honours Bachelor of Sciences in Life Sciences from McMaster University, graduating summa cum laude with Dean's List recognition in every academic year.

Outside the office, Osama trains in martial arts with a focus on grappling and holds a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He enjoys spending time with friends, family, and his cats, and reading non-fiction, particularly on personal finance.
