About Patrick Poupore

Patrick was called to the Bar in 2003 and has dedicated his 18 years of practice exclusively to plaintiff side personal injury. He represents people that have sustained serious injuries and their family members in a wide variety of cases including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls and disability claims. He has appeared as counsel in the Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, the Federal Court and various tribunals. He has argued a number of motions of varying complexity and has appeared as lead counsel on jury trials. He has been invited to speak at conferences focusing on litigation.

When he is not at work, Patrick is either with his family, in the gym or doing something outdoors.
