About Samarth Bajaj

Samarth was born and raised in New Delhi, India. He completed his B.A. LL.B. from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University in New Delhi in 2020 and was called to the Bar in India in July of that year. Prior to relocating to Canada, he practiced project finance and corporate/commercial litigation, appearing before the High Court and Supreme Court of India.

Samarth subsequently pursued his Master of Laws in International Business Law at Osgoode Hall Law School at York University. He completed his articles at Diamond and Diamond Lawyers LLP in 2024 and was called to the Ontario Bar in February 2025.

Since joining Diamond and Diamond Lawyers LLP, Samarth has focused his practice on plaintiff-side personal injury litigation, representing clients in motor vehicle accident claims, slip and fall matters, and related tort proceedings. He has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Landlord and Tenant Board.

Samarth is a member of the Toronto Lawyers Association. Outside of the office, he enjoys cross-country skiing, cycling, and hiking.
