About Shardaine Rowe Brown
Shardaine Rowe Brown joined Diamond & Diamond in 2026 and practises as an associate lawyer with the firm. She was drawn to the legal profession by a strong commitment to social justice and advocacy, with a focus on helping individuals achieve greater economic stability and opportunity.
Prior to entering private practice, Shardaine developed strong client-centered and interpersonal skills through her work with COPE Mental Health Durham and the Region of Durham’s Income, Employment and Homelessness Supports Division.
She further honed her legal skills at the Fair Change Community Legal Clinic, Justice for Children and Youth, and the Regional Municipality of Durham, gaining hands-on experience in civil procedure, workplace injury law, human rights and housing law, regularly advocating for clients before the Small Claims Court, the Landlord and Tenant Board, and the Ontario Court of Justice. She brings a practical, compassionate, and results-driven approach to her advocacy, with a strong focus on achieving meaningful outcomes for her clients.
