About Shir Zisckind

Shir Zisckind is an associate lawyer with Diamond and Diamond's class actions team. A passionate advocate, Shir is committed to fighting for her clients and ensuring that they achieve the best possible outcome for their case. Her practice is built on her unwavering work ethic, creativity and determination.

Shir attended the University of Toronto for her undergraduate degree, where she graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Arts with high distinction. She went on to complete a law degree at the University of Ottawa, graduating Cum Laude.

Shir worked at Diamond and Diamond throughout her legal education and completed her articles at the firm. She was called to the Ontario Bar in June 2024. She now works exclusively on class actions and routinely provides legal advice for complicated cases.

In her limited time off, Shir enjoys spending time with her friends and family and going hiking with her rescue dog, Simon.
