About Simon Diamond

Simon Diamond is a lawyer at Diamond and Diamond Personal Injury Lawyers. Simon earned his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto. He moved to New York City for a year, where he obtained a master of laws degree from New York University. He joined the team at Diamond & Diamond as a full-time articling student in April 2015.

Simon was called to the Ontario Bar as a Lawyer in 2016 and the British Columbia Bar in 2018. His practice is devoted to all areas of plaintiff personal injury litigation, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, accident benefits claims and other disability-related matters. During his time with the firm, Simon has appeared before judges and masters at the Superior Court of Justice.

In his spare time, Simon plays music around Toronto in a number of bands.
