About Simon Mariani

Simon joined Diamond & Diamond as a lawyer in 2019. Simon completed his undergraduate studies at Dalhousie University. He graduated from the University of Windsor Law School and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2014. Prior to joining Diamond & Diamond, Simon worked both as an in-house litigation lawyer and also as a lawyer at a plaintiff personal injury firm in Toronto.  Simon’s practice is devoted to all areas of Plaintiff personal injury litigation, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls and Accident Benefit claims. He has successfully argued before both Judges and Masters at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. Simon is a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
