Tajinder (T.J.) Gogna attended York University for his undergraduate degree in History and Law & Society. He was awarded the Fourth Year Faculty of Arts Prize for his essay on Freedom of Speech.
He received his LL.B. from the University of Ottawa in 2004 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2019. He subsequently obtained his Certificate in Entertainment Law from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2017.
T.J. began his career working in-house for an insurance company. While working as an associate, his article on Limitation and Underinsured Motorist Claims was published in The Litigator. He began practicing all areas of personal injury litigation on behalf of plaintiffs commencing in 2010.
T.J. joined Diamond & Diamond Lawyers LLP in 2018 and enjoys a practice of both personal injury and entertainment law. He is a successful trial lawyer, having won at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice level. He joined the partnership in 2024.
Whenever he is not practicing law, he enjoys playing tennis, basketball, golfing, and working out.
