About Yefim Belyavsky
Yefim Belyavsky completed his undergraduate degree in Psychology at Carleton University, where he earned an Academic Award and a place on the Dean’s List. He later earned an Ontario Graduate Certificate in Financial Planning from Humber College where he graduated with honours. He then completed his Juris Doctor degree at the Lincoln Alexander School of Law at Toronto Metropolitan University.
Yefim completed his placement at Justice for Children and Youth, where he worked across several areas of law exclusively serving young people. This strengthened his ability to communicate clearly, navigate complex situations, and advocate for vulnerable clients.
He has contributed to legal education as an Academic Assistant for Law and Canadian Business at Toronto Metropolitan University and as a judge for the Students’ Law Network Case Competition.
Yefim brings a direct, practical, and client-focused approach to litigation. He is drawn to personal injury law because it allows him to combine civil litigation skills with meaningful support for people during some of the hardest moments of their lives.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their cat.
